You can return your KTC Jewellery piece at any time and exchange it for a new item. Minor scratches are acceptable, but items with significant damage, such as lost stones or broken parts, are not eligible for exchange.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. However, international customers may be responsible for local customs duties or taxes.

How can I customise a piece of jewellery?

To create a custom piece, contact us with your idea. We’ll create a 3D electronic design and provide an estimate. Once you approve the design, we’ll craft and deliver your custom jewellery. Please note, custom pieces are not eligible for our Lifetime Guarantee or return policy.
